Soo much...

These past couple of months have been nuts! We were moving to St George, then moving to TN, then back to St George, and then finally back to TN. It has been nuts and completely overwhelming and frustrating. However, we now have a definite plan and schedule. We are moving to TN the first week of Jan. We have a lot to do, and not much time to do it all, but we are excited about it. In the meantime however we have a friend staying with us. Her name is Dany and she is from Ecuador and going to school in DC for two years. She came to spend the holidays with us, and thus pushing Todd and I to do all the touristy stuff one more time before moving. It has been a lot of fun. We went and saw temple lights, traveled to Park City, and are heading to St George tomorrow. Here are some pics of our adventures so far.

I recently re-read this scripture and it has taken on a whole new meaning to me. I am posting it here and on facebook because I would like to get your interpretation and understanding. We all take a little something different from the scriptures I know, but this popped out at me today in my studies...

Mosiah 23:14- "And also trust no one to be your teacher nor you minister, except he be a man of God, walking in in his ways and keeping his commandments."

Does it kinda go along with this quote by President Taylor after being elected as the Territorial Superintendent of Schools within Utah?...

"And then we want to study also the principles of education, and to get the very best teachers we can to teach our children; see that they are men and women of God and keep his commandments. We do not want men or women to teach the children of Latterday Saints who are not Latterday Saints themselves. Hear it ye elders of Isreal and your school trustees."

Have you ever had a bladder infection? Do you feel like you need to be near the bathroom at all times and constantly on the toilet? Are you in constant pain and irritation?

Well our poor cat Addie has a pretty nasty bladder infection. We took her to the vet and she has been on antibiotics ever since. We have kept her locked in her room all weekend, and we are hoping she is going to get better soon.

Get better Addie, Todd misses you!

Aww the internet!!

I am back online and am kinda embarrassed at how much I depend on the internet. I was without for 4 days and nearly went crazy!!

So much has happened in the last few weeks and I am sorry to anyone who has tried to call me. I have been busy, and too emotional to talk. I promise to call y'all back.

Lets see, we sold our house, packed up in 3 days, moved, relocated to West Jordan, got a perm, got Todd to dress up for 10 minutes in a Halloween costume at a party, had a great friend get elected into the Syracuse City Council, and I am trying to help Todd recoup from a 6 day battle with the flu!!

It has been nuts and I cant believe it all happened so fast. I have never lived anywhere like Syracuse Utah. It is the best place, and has the best people in the world living there!! I have made two of the best friends a girl could have. Ashley and Tisha are incredible women, and wonderful examples to me. These are two friends I will never loose. I am thankful to my Heavenly Father for placing us in that neighborhood with those people at this point in our life. I have never been so blessed!!

Foot Zoning

I have been super busy these past couple of months with the harvest and school, but I did it. I finished both (pictures of the harvest to come!)

For the past two months I have been taking a course on foot zoning, and finally finished last week. I am an official Foot Zoner!! I am very excited about this and cant wait to get my hands on everyone's feet!!

Foot Zoning is an ancient practice in Eastern Medicine. It is a lot like reflexology, but I think it is much better. What it is is the study of the foot. Every organ and part of your body has a sensor on your feet. By learning where those sensors are I am able to help connect and manipulate the body through your feet. For example, if you hold stress in your back and neck, I can find your spine, shoulders, and neck on the foot and work it out!! Sometimes when we get sick, or stressed our body gets out of whack and different parts of your body can hurt and suffer. Through the zone I can reconnect, align, and restore your body back to the way it should be. I can also zone out stress, sickness, and lots of other yucky stuff!!

I know it sounds way weird, but my Mom believes it, so it has to be true. She says "it has been scientifically proven". In fact over in China and Japan this is still a common practice. Our friend served a mission in Japan and said when she went to the hospital they rubbed her feet before the doctor even came in. I think its because the zoner was able to tell what is wrong with the body and then better inform the doctor!!

It is a really neat thing and truly works!! I have such a testimony of it already!!

When you wake up in the morning and you are all snuggled into your blankets but you feel a slight chill on your face, so you hurry and run to your socks to warm your feet up, and then find the warmest over sized hoodie you have and slip it on. And then you hurry down stairs open the door and let Kaylee out to go potty, but in the meantime rush over to the thermostat to see what the temperature is. It flashes 57 degrees so you wait to see what it is inside your home, but someone starts talking in your head saying "Brittany, your house thermostat doesn't tell you what the temperature is outside!". It is then you realize 'Oh my, it really is 57 degrees inside my house!!!!!'. Is it then time to turn the heater on for the year??

Goodbye!!

I sold my baby today, my 2005 Honda Accord is no longer a part of the family. Todd and I took her in, and sold her off. She was a great car, a fun car, a loving car, and a great friend. She could listen like nobody's business, and was always there!! I thought she would be in my life forever, but what can you do? We had no need for three cars. Even in her moving on, she has brought Todd and I joy. Thanks to my sweet pea, we can now pay off the truck and school loans!! Thanks Miss Honda, you were great!

A look into my life...

This is why I love my husband. I was reading Miss Mia's recent post and came across this necklace that I LOVE!!!

I emailed the link to my loving husband, hinting that I thought it was pretty. I let him know it was pink, which I never wear, and since he loves me in pink I would really be compromising with him, but I am willing to take the hit. As long as he is happy, I too can be happy.

I let him know I found the perfect solution. Apparently, pearl necklaces were ok by Sister Hinckley, Siter Beck (General Relief Society President), and Sister Lant (General Primary President). Im excited!!

I have done it! I made pickles this afternoon and I am super excited. As most of you know, pickles are hands down my absolute favorite treat. I can eat a jar of pickles in hours with no problem. My friend down the street had a few too many pickling cucumbers and thought I might enjoy. So, I picked up the cucumbers and set off to make pickles. It was surprisingly easy and fast. I have to let them sit and stew for 4-6 weeks before eating, but I will let you know how they turn out!!

It was Todd's turn to write up the Bishopric Message this month, so here it is...

Brothers and Sisters, we are taught that when filled with the love of God, we are not content with blessing just our families. We will have a desire to bless the lives of our neighbors, friends, co-workers and all of our Heavenly Father's children. As sons and daughters of God we have a special obligation to love and care for others, especially those in need. It is through service, good works and simple acts of kindness that we express love to one another and fulfill this special obligation.

Opportunities for service to others are limitless. Kind words and deeds can lift burdens and gladden hearts.
President Spencer W. Kimball said, service to others deepens and sweetens this life while we are preparing to live in a better world. It is by serving that we learn how to serve. When we are engaged in the service of our fellowmen, not only do our deeds assist them, but we put our own problems in a fresher perspective. When we concern ourselves more with others, there is less time to be concerned with ourselves! In the midst of the miracle of service, there is the promise of Jesus that by losing our selves, we find ourselves!

Not only do we find ourselves in terms of acknowledging divine guidance in our lives, but the more we serve our fellowmen in appropriate ways, the more substance there is to our souls. Indeed, it is easier to find ourselves because there is so much more of us to find.

Brothers and Sisters, we encourage you enjoy in the act of service, if you haven't already done so, gain a personal testimony of the importance in serving others. Let's bring forth God's love through this great work, lets bring forth this love in our homes, communities, work places and churches. Let us loose our selves in service and good works. Let our hearts expand, let them be enlarged towards others.

As we are taught in Mosiah 2:17 – When ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God. It is our Testimony that God's love can be felt not only by those who receive , but also by those who truly offer simple acts of service.

Ouch

I am having a hard time typing, so this is going to be short. Monday while making zucchini bread, regular bread, and jelly I had an accident. I singed three of my fingers on my left hand, and sustained 2nd degree burns. Luckily, Maegan was here and able to help me get to my neighbors house, and get taken care of. It is two days later and I am healing nicely!! Hopefully I will be back to normal soon and be able to resume my daily events, until then I will be restricted to one hand projects!!

Thanks Maegan for helping me out!! Here is a pic that kinda gives you an idea of what it looks like. This was yesterday, so keep in mind I have done some wonderful/miraculous healing. Also its hard to take a pic of fingers that are glazed with ointment.

Mt Timpanogos

We hiked up to the Mt Timpanogos cave this past Saturday, and it was a lot of fun!!

It was about an hour and a half hike up, one hour tour of the cave, and thirty minute hike down. Clearly I am out of shape, but my goal is to get better.

This is the only pic from the inside that turned out ok. Todd is leading the way through the alleys of the cave, while being very careful and not touching the walls.

It was a lot of fun! If you live near here, or are visiting the area you need to do this hike. Its a must see!!

Red Currant Jelly

I made Red Currant Jelly!!! Sorry to anyone who called me on Wednesday, I was completely consumed and overwhelmed with Jelly. It was so fun and definitely something I want to do again.

Our good friends have currant plants and were unable to harvest them all this year, so they invited us to come and get some. We collected 3 containers full, juiced them, and then made jelly. It was so much fun and an awfully fun treat. I am making some bread today so we can try the jelly out..

I would have made a great pioneer!! Well, except that I hate bugs, walking, the heat, the cold, port-a-potties, and everything else inconvenient and non-modern.

Chicken time...

So we have these awesome awesome neighbors that have everything on their property. One of the best parts is their chicken coop, they have 34 hens and 1 rooster. The other night they went out for the evening and needed someone to put the hens to bed, and of course I volunteered. It was the funniest thing we have ever done. Todd got dressed in his overalls and we were off. The hens were supposed to be in bed by the time we got there so all we would need to do is collect the eggs and lock the door. However, when we arrived they were all out and ready to play. It was so stinkin' funny. Todd and I had to pick up the hens and throw them in the coop. Now when I say Todd and I, I clearly mean Todd. I tried to get the rooster in, but he would peck and chase me, and the hens just wanted to play. Now I have never been around chickens before so I didn't know why they were all congregating around me. It freaked me out and I ended up running and screaming around the pen. It was hilarious. Luckily we (Todd) got them all into bed and collected the eggs. It was so fun that we actually went back the next night to help the family put them in again. I tried to take video but it was too dark, I am on it though. You guys all need to see this. I did get one pic of Todd trying to get underneath the hens and get their eggs.

Oh it was fun. I cant wait until we move somewhere with property again, I am getting chickens!!

Eww..

We placed our gorgeous home on the market yesterday. We are sad to leave the area, but excited for new adventures. If you know of anyone who might be interested in living in the Syracuse area please let us know. We love this neighborhood and ward, it is a great great place to live!!

Hippie..me??

I think my sister may have said it best when she said, "Brittany you are such a hippie!!"

Today I ventured out and made homemade granola cereal. The way that Todd and I eat granola is border line ridiculous, so I thought why spend the money. I had all the ingredients at home except for the nuts. So after a quick trip to Good Earth, I was off.

It didn't take very long and made the house smell delicious. One batch has craisins and the other has a berry melody. Yumm...we will have to let you know how it tastes.

Ladies you need this..

I am not a makeup-frilly-girlie-girl, but ladies you need this. While on vacation in NC, way back, my lovely and young aunt Amy bought me this to try. I am not a makeup enthusiast like she is, so I didn't fully understand her excitement, but now I do.

Loreal's Double Extend Mascara is awesome!! It extends the lashes like nobody's business and stays on forever!! I have received three, count them three, compliments on my lashes in two weeks. Ladies try this mascara and see what you think. Thanks Amy!!

New Goals

The last couple of times I have set goals and tried to accomplish them it hasn't really worked out for me, but this time it will hopefully be different. With Satan working over time on us these days, I have found that it is requiring more from us to stand against him. And while having the spirit with me is important, I also need to be smarter than he is. I need to have book smart on my side too. He is super crafty and hides in places I never imagined. I was reading a talk yesterday, "The Great Imitator" by James E Faust, and he was saying Satan can use the scriptures to entice and persuade.

Enter my new goal..

Every month I am going to take one gospel topic and study everything I can find on that topic. Hopefully this will help me have more knowledge to give, but also help me when Satan tries to get in. I need to know more and have the scriptures and brethren behind me, and be able to use against him.

So the topic for the remainder of this month and next month- The Creation and Plan of Salvation. I will keep you posted on anything super interesting and fun I run across.

My Todd turned the big 30 this week!! I would write the 30 things I love most about him, but lets be honest...nobody but me and Todd want to hear that. So instead I am posting a pic of one his presents. Our neighbors are always wearing these overalls, and Todd thinks they are hysterical. So they got together and bought him some for his birthday! So stinkin cute...Love you Todd, hope you had a great birthday!

Romania here he comes..

Today was kind of an emotional day. I had the privilege of dropping Jeff off at the MTC, and I almost lost it. He is such a great guy and will make an awesome missionary, however that doesn't change the fact that I will miss him. The new "drop off" policy stunk, so we didn't get much time to say our goodbyes, take pictures, and we had to cry in front of everyone, but at least he is there. No more thinking about it, he is there and serving!

So here's to you Elder Suppes, you will be great and we cant wait to hear about all of your success. Love you

I think Im getting old...

For my birthday I know what I want. I would like new beds sheets and pillows.

Does this mean my young fun days are gone? I just sound way too responsible and boring.

Yeah not so much...

After the flip on the four wheeler last year, Todd has gotten a little (some might say over) protective. He went out and bought us helmets for riding, and insists that I wear it all the time. So now I am wearing this HUGE thing on my head while driving. I know its safe, but it is super uncomfy and very restricting. I cant see all around me like I used to, now I can only see in front and a tad on the sides. I love him dearly but come on for reals?!

I know he is being sweet so I wont stay grumpy, I just miss riding with the wind blowing through my hair, and being able to see everything. Because it is important to him though it is important to me, so goodbye old days and welcome restricting and uncomfy new.

Catch up

Oh man so much has been going on the past little while, where to start....

We ventured out to North Carolina for Mothers Day, oh and to go through the temple with Jeff!!! Yay my little brother is growing up. He heads to the MTC next week so get ready for that emotional post. It was an awesome trip, and all of us kids were back home so we got to take some fun family photos. Sarah an old friend of mine (she isn't old, but our relationship goes back to middle school, so thats old) is an awesome photographer and took some wonderful pics. I wasnt sure if I am allowed to copy them here, so follow this link to her blog for photos.

We got back and I quit my job. Yay!! It was just a bit too much for me working that much. It was an awesome opportunity but life was a little too hectic, and not enough productive. I didn't have time for my family, or personal responsibilities so I had to let something go, and I chose work. So now I am home and loving it. I am serving in the ward, helping friends, working in the garden, and strengthening me. I am one lucky lady.

Speaking of friends my awesome and lovely friend Tisha had a beautiful baby girl, and I got to be there. It was an amazing experience and I am grateful to have been a part of it. She has all of her kids at home and all natural. This was her sixth so it was a piece of cake, not really. It was a long long long labor, but so worth it in the end, Miss ToriAnne Serene was born healthy and happy!


Both Mom and baby are doing fine, and enjoying life. Thanks Tisha for letting me be there and experience that.

Life has been crazy fun, so there is the some of what you missed. I will stay on top of the blog from now on, or so I hope. So stay tuned...

Whew

The Cottle garden of 2009 is planted and underway. Yay!! So much time and energy has gone into this thing, so we are awfully proud. I thought I would post a few pics.





Here is the main garden. We have planted corn, onions (yellow and white), pumpkin, cucumber, carrots, peppers (jalapeno, cayenne, sweet california, habenaro, yellow and green peppers) tomatillos, cherry tomatoes, and beefsteak tomatoes.



This section is along the back of the property. It is home to our zuchinni, chives, salad blend lettuce, regular lettuce, red cabbage, kale, red kale, raspberry bushes, comfrey, marjoram, roma tomatoes, and peas.



And finally here are my melons. We have moonstar melons, honeydew, watermelon, and some other melon. We also have cilantro, basil, and parsley growing here.

It is a rather large garden and a lot has been planted but our goal is to have one year of salsa and spaghetti sauce bottled by the end of the season. Wish us luck.

Week 2...

Yay, we have growth!! This is super exciting, I think this is my favorite part. Seeing these cute little seeds coming up and growing into something productive. I love it!!! This is a pic of one of Roma Tomato plants. Cant wait to see what comes next!!



On an awesome side note, check out the lights Todd jimmy rigged for me. Pretty neat huh? Apparently the seeds will grow 3 times faster if they are warm and have light. I love having a hubby that come up with things!!

That delicious looking top soil, is fresh cow poo. Don't you worry about it, I help spread it. That's right while Todd was driving to pick up loads of it, I got in there and moved it all around. It was surprisingly fun and relaxing.



Here is where my berry bushes/herb/lettuce plants are going to go. Oh my, I cant wait for this garden season to start!!

Week 1...

So this year Todd and I have decided to be a bit adventurous. We have expanded our garden (pictures to come), and we are starting all of own plants from seeds. We started a bit late, but hey at least we got them in the dirt, right?

Tomatoes, herbs, and peppers need to be planted early, so we started. Here is a picture of week one. Nothing yet..



Next weekend we hope to get lettuce, melons, and onions in dirt. I am super excited about this years garden. Wish us luck!!

Big decisions...

Since this is my journal I need to make an entry. I recognize that this will not be appealing to most, so please feel free to move to your next blogger friends blog.

This past week I was faced with a tough decision. I was offered a full time position at America First as a mortgage processor. Since I started this job as a temp I have looked forward to, and prayed for the day that it was over, so that I could go back to my normal life. I have continually prayed about this day and always received that when this was over I could move on. Then on Wednesday I received an email from my manager asking for a meeting the following day. I knew there was a good possibility that they were going to offer me a job, so I went home to confirm my previous answer. Well I didn't get it this time. I got positives for coming home, and positives for staying on. I woke up Thursday morning still not knowing what I was going to do if they asked me to stay on. I went to work thinking that I was going to turn it down, I prepared in my head what I was going to say. Then when I got to work I started thinking, so I asked my Heavenly Father to help me know what to do in that meeting.

I went in and was given peace, and I felt comfort in their offer. I asked for a few hours to talk to Todd about it, and think of what I wanted to do. I couldn't say no. I wanted with all of my heart to to say no, but I couldn't.

So I accepted the position. I was given comfort by Heavenly Father and I knew I was doing what I was supposed to be doing. He let me know, that I will know when my time is done, but until then I needed to continue to work.

I think that this job was hard for me to accept because it isn't what I want to be doing right now. I want to be a mom and a homemaker. I want more than anything to teach the gospel to my kids. I want Todd to come home and have little Todd's running around wanting to play with him. However, I think I have finally come to some greater understanding. My Heavenly Father knows my desires, he knows my pain, he knows my dreams, and he will bless me. First I need to show him my faith, I need to learn a few more things, and I need to live by his time table. I have been given countless blessings where he has told me the time is coming, be patient and trust in the Lord. I have special ones up there that need to come at the right time. So here is me saying to my heavenly Father, I trust. I look forward and pray for that day to come quickly, but I am able to live my life in the present as well. I have things to accomplish now, so Heavenly Father please help and guide me. Please lead me to those that need me, please guide those that I need to me. Help me to learn everything I can now, so that when the time comes that Todd and I are blessed with kids,I will be able to teach. I love you Heavenly Father and I hope to please thee. This is my testimony and my faith in thee. Amen

Saturday Fun...

"Well Brittany how was your Saturday?"

"Wonderful thanks, and yours?"

"Fine thanks. What made it so wonderful, did you do something fun?"

"That I did, I canned, cleaned, and watched High School Musical 3!!"

This Saturday was a blast for me. Since I started working again I haven't had a chance to do the things I have come to love. But Saturday and I, we made a pact and got things going again.

I love cleaning, there is something so satisfying to me when I have a clean house and everything is in order. I feel like my home is more inviting to the spirit when things are clean and put away. I love it!!

I also love food storage, and adding to ours. This weekend we went to the church cannery and rented the #10 can sealer. It was a lot of fun and awfully gratifying. We ended up canning..

It was a really fun experience. Although I don't want to live in Utah forever, this is one of the many perks of living here. The church is super accessible, and I am grateful to my Heavenly Father for pushing Todd and I to get this done while we have access to so many things.

And finally, I saw High School Musical 3!!! It was sooooo good. I love silly things like that, and for some reason I am obsessed with Zac Efron. I think he is super yummy!! (Todd you are delicious, no need to worry) I love watching a movie that I don't have to ignore swear words, fast forward through nudity, or worry about skipping over the violent scenes. Hooray for a clean, fun, and entertaining movie!! It was so good that I am going to save it for when my sister-in-laws come up this week, so we can watch it together!! (Did you know that my brother and sister-in-laws were in High School Musical 2? That's right I have fame in my family!!)

Feburary Message

In our ward, the first of every month the bishopric sends out a newsletter. It has a list of activities, birthdays, announcements, and lots of other fun things that relate to our ward and community. Well the front page is a bishopric message, and this month Todd was responsible for writing the message. We found out once Todd was called to be one of the clerks that this responsibility is rotated around. Well Todd prayed and researched and prayed about his topic. I think he did a wonderful job, and since this is my journal, I would like to add his message as an entry.

Todd's Feburary Message...

February has been commercialized as the month of LOVE, and Valentines day became the date for exchanging love messages with our spouses, families, and friends. This February we would like to focus on another kind of love; a higher, nobler, and stronger kind of love. A love that is most joyous to our soul, The Pure Love of Christ. It is the love that Christ has for the children of men, and that the children of men should have for one another.

Charity is known as the pure love of Christ, and nowhere should we express charity more than within our own homes among those we know best. “When we seek to love one another as the Lord loves us, we are filled with charity and are on our way to becoming a people worthy of Zion, preparing to live with God in a celestial state.”

It is through Charity that we, as a Ward Family can be unified. It is through this love that we will become of one heart, and one mind as we individually place the Savior at the center of our lives. “Charity need not be simply giving money or cookies or needed conversation, though these have their place. First and foremost, we should regard charity as a way of being Christ like, the way we think about one another, the way we treat each other, the way we live and love daily. What a great power lies in this pure love, a power of knowing and being known beyond what we can see.”

“Where people have this Spirit with them, we may expect harmony. The Spirit puts the testimony of truth in our hearts, which unifies those who share that testimony. The Spirit of God never generates contention. This Spirit never generates the feelings of distinction between people which lead to strife.

Heeding the Holy Ghost leads to personal peace and a feeling of union with others. It unifies souls. A unified family, a unified Church, and a world at peace depend on unified souls.”

There are some commandments which, when broken, destroy unity. Some have to do with what we say, and some with how we react to what others say. We must never speak hurtful or unkind words about one another. We must see the good in each other and speak highly of each other. If we are to have unity we must forgive and bear no malice toward those who offend us. “We do not know the hearts of those who offend us. Nor do we know all the sources of our own anger and hurt. The Apostle Paul has told us how to love in a world of imperfect people, including ourselves, when he said, “Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is it not easily provoked, thinketh no evil”

“The sacramental prayer can remind us every week of how the gift of unity will come through obedience to the laws and ordinances of the gospel of Jesus Christ. When we keep our covenants to take His name upon us, to remember Him always, and to keep all His commandments, we will receive the companionship of His Spirit, and that will soften our hearts and unite us.”

The Prophet Joseph Smith said, “We ought to have the building up of Zion as our greatest object” It is our testimony that through charity, The Pure Love of Christ, our ward family will be unified. Let us strive to fill our hearts with this kind of love and let us seek to build up Zion.

Best Friday afternoon...

Today is an exciting day for the Suppes family, our Jeff has been called to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We are thrilled and speechless, which says a lot for a Suppes'. Today Elder Jeff Suppes has been called to serve in the Romania, Bucharest Mission. This mission includes all of Romania, and Moldova. He heads to the MTC June 3rd!
Jeff I dont know what to say except I love you. I am so happy for you, and you are a wonderful example of all things good. You have been an inspiration to me since the day you were brought into this world, and I kneel in gratitude to my Heavenly Father for giving me the honor of having you in my family.

I am sad that I wont be able to talk to you when something HUGE happens, or just when I need a pick me up, but I am so excited for you. You are going to be a wonderful missionary, and I know the Lord needs you there for a specific purpose. You are going to touch the life of many, and help bring people to the gospel. This has been a long time coming and I am just soooooo HAPPY!!

I love you little brother.

Valentines Day

I know this is a little late, but things have been crazy, however this Valentines Day is worth remembering. Todd and I were sick of having plans and sick of doing things, so we just didnt. We woke up and watched some neighbor kids so our friends could go out for a Valentines breakfast. Then for lunch the missionaries came over and played on the guitar with Todd. And around dinner time I was kicked out of the kitchen. Todd wanted to make me dinner, and boy oh boy he sure did.

He cooked Tomato and Onion Pork loin chops, with garlic green beans, and mandarin oranges. It was oh so yummy. I am very impressed with Todd and his ability to do anything he tries. Later we had cinnamon rolls for dessert. MmmMmm Good.
It was a busy, but wonderful day!! Todd I love you and am thankful to have you around!!

Baby Lilac...

One of my dearest friends, Brittany Nabrotzky, is truly amazing. Have you ever had a friend that changes your life, and the way you do things? Well Brittany is that friend for me. She is the most talented person I have ever met and truly can learn anything. She has inspired me to become a better person on so many levels.

Most recently she has founded her own business, Baby Lilac. She has created eye masks for babies. I know it sounds so easy, you would think it was already around. Well no it wasn't, or at least not until Miss Brittany came up with a plan. She studied and searched it out, and now it is reality. She is being picked up all over Utah, and has even branched out to California.
